Warranty Information
TEN-YEAR WARRANTY ON HULL STRUCTURE
Gulf Coast Boats warrants LIMITED for a period of ten (10) years structural defects in materials and craftsmanship from the date of delivery. The warranty will be pro-rated with year one (1) being 100% under warranty. Each following year will be prorated for up to ten (10) years.
Year one (1): 100% Warranty
Year two (2): 90% Warranty
Year three (3): 80% Warranty
Year four (4): 70% Warranty
Year five (5): 60% Warranty
Year six (6): 50% Warranty
Year seven (7): 40% Warranty
Year eight (8): 30% Warranty
Year nine (9): 20% Warranty
Year ten (10): 10% Warranty
LIMITED 5-YEAR WARRANTY ON DECK AND CONSOLE
Gulf Coast Boats warrants for a period of five (5) years structural defects in materials and craftsmanship from the date of delivery. The warranty will be pro-rated with year one (1) being 100% under warranty. Each following year will be prorated for up to five (5) years.
Year one (1): 100% Warranty
Year two (2): 80% Warranty
Year three (3): 60% Warranty
Year four (4): 40% Warranty
Year five (5): 20% Warranty
PARTS AND EQUIPMENT WARRANTY
Warranty, if offered, for parts and equipment not manufactured by Gulf Coast Boats will be managed by Gulf Coast Boats for a period of one (1) year from the date of delivery. It will be the responsibility of the purchaser to contact the parts and equipment manufacturers after the one (1) year period. Any labor cost for the replacement of parts and equipment not manufactured by Gulf Coast Boats will be at the purchaser’s expense.
EXCLUSIONS APPLICABLE TO WARRANTIES
With the exception of the Parts and Equipment Warranty. Limited warranties that are NOT covered by Gulf Coast Boats:
- Upholstery damage, powder coating damage, windshield, and/or any parts not manufactured by Gulf Coast Boats.
- Gel coat cracks, hairline cracks, stress cracks, gel coat fading or changing colors. Cracks on the surface of the gel coat are not considered structural damage and will not affect the structural integrity and/or performance of the boat.
- Engine, engine parts, fuel tanks, fuel systems, and/or any other parts not manufactured by Gulf Coast Boats.
- Any type of third-party modifications not performed by Gulf Coast Boats.
- Neglect, improper maintenance, accidents, misuse, improper operations, corrosion.
Transportation of the boat to and from the warranty center is the responsibility of the purchaser. liability under this Limited Warranty does not extend to loss of time, inconvenience, loss of use of boat, loss of profit, injury to persons or property, or any other Gulf Coast Boats special indirect, consequential or incidental damage whatsoever. The liability of the company shall be limited to the repair or replacement of any parts judged defective by Gulf Coast Boats. All specifications on boats are subject to change without notice.
